Location

Exeter Station Properties is located at the former Alrose Shoe Factory at One Rockingham in historic Exeter, NH.

From 95 North:

Take I-95 to Exit 2. Head west on NH Route 101.
Take exit 9 from 101 West
Take a left at the end of the exit ramp. Drive approximately one mile east on Epping Road (Rte. 27).
Take right onto Winter Street
Drive .2 mile and take left on to Rockingham Street.

From 93 North:

Take I-93 North to I-495 North
Follow I-495 to its northern end where it joins I-95.
Take I-95 to Exit 2. Head west on NH Route 101.
Take Exit 9 off 101 West
Take a left at the end of the exit ramp. Drive approximately one mile east on Epping Road (Rte. 27).
Take right onto Winter Street
Drive .2 mile and take left on to Rockingham Street.

From points west:

Rte. 101 East to Exit 9
Take right at end of Exit 9 onto Epping Road (Rte. 27)
Take right onto Winter Street (opposite Park Street Common)
Take left onto Rockingham Street

By car, Exeter Station Properties is 30 minutes south of Portsmouth, 35 minutes east of Manchester, and 60 minutes north of Boston.

Exeter Station Properties is also adjacent to the Amtrak Downeaster Passenger Station. Trains travel south as far as Washington, D.C. and north as far as Brunswick, Maine. Currently, there are five daily trips between Exeter and Boston.
